Explanation of the planet.

This is a map of the Fish area, place where most ground photo's are made (the rest of the planet is fairly flat). Click for more details.

The rocky planet (Nickname: Rocky)

It's name is simply because of the rocks on it (says Dr. J. Rock, who named the planet). of course there was doubt about it, especially because there isn't any rock on it. But, says Rock, the planet itself is also a big rock. Still doubts.

The atmosphere of Rocky

The rocky planet is the smallest planet with atmosphere ever found. It is also not clear how this is possible. First measurings have shown the amount of atmosphere is shrinking pretty quick. And no presence of groundwater was found. What most races think is that this miniplanet is hit by the dump of a large ship. This could also explain the presence of very aggressive molds, which makes this planet also the smallest planet with vegetation known. The molds get their water when it is 'night'. About 26% of the water freezes to the ground at a temperature of -87°C and when sun rises it melds again at a maximum temperature of 79°C. The temperature comes from Star Morbelis Plaquaqua. Seen from this planet it has a size of 40% of our sun.

Photo of the planet ("satellite view"), same place as the map. It took a lot of flying to get the right view on pixel. Using the circle fly technique, we flew about 20 times through this area, to finally land on Fist bubble plateau of the Fish mountain to take an example of the ground.

Lonely planet

A third unique aspect of Rocky is that it does not belong to any solar system. It just flies around Morbelis Plaquaqua, but not in a steady way. Rocky rotates a lot and has no poles, and passes the sun (for as far it does) every time on another position. Also, if we watch this photo, you see it has dried very quick, so this is another indication it must come from total darkness. That there are no craters of any kind is because it is almost outside the galaxy (Stipello II) together with sun Morbelis Plaquaqua.
